Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage findings from security scanners, ensuring proper routing and prioritization.
- Manage a centralized vulnerability management platform for consistent risk aggregation.
- Oversee risk scoring and SLA models within the VM platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify findings and develop remediation plans.
- Participate in triage sessions to prioritize and validate high-risk issues.
- Contribute to process and tool improvements for vulnerability management.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in security engineering, vulnerability management, or security operations.
- Hands-on experience with modern vulnerability management tools like Wiz or Tenable.
- Understanding of end-to-end vulnerability management workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure patterns, preferably AWS.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in regulated environments and preparing for audits.
