Responsibilities
- Showcase the value of Deel’s platform and products to deliver technical wins.
- Consult with prospective customers to assess their processes and propose optimized solutions.
- Act as the technical voice during sales cycles, owning solution discovery and platform demonstrations.
- Translate customer requirements into solution designs and implementation recommendations.
- Partner with internal teams to advocate for prospect needs and accelerate deal velocity.
- Challenge the status quo and look for opportunities to improve processes and communication.
- Develop and maintain technical enablement assets like demo narratives and reference architectures.
- Support marketing initiatives such as webinars and joint solution workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or in a customer-facing technical role.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales cycles, including discovery and integrations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery and common integration approaches.
- Comfortable leading technical conversations with various stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
