Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality Java applications using Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Build and maintain the logic for the trade order lifecycle.
- Implement resilient integration patterns using Kafka for event streaming.
- Support and scale inbound/outbound connectivity via FIX, REST, and File-based interfaces.
- Participate in the full Agile SDLC, including code reviews and automated testing.
- Collaborate with engineering partners and platform users to identify requirements.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or similar technical field.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience focused on backend distributed systems.
- Proficient in Java and Spring Boot; experience with Quarkus is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with AWS and messaging platforms like Kafka.
- Experience with databases, SQL, NoSQL, and data architectures.
- Comfortable with AI-assisted development tools and automation.
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to provide L3 support.
