Responsibilities
- Own the security posture of Palantir's DLP estate, including policy architecture and classification standards.
- Audit and remediate misconfigured policies and coverage gaps to reduce data exposure risk.
- Evaluate and configure data protection tools across various vectors, including endpoint and cloud.
- Build and maintain automation for data security operations, including policy tuning and alert triage.
- Collaborate with Identity, Infrastructure, and Legal teams to drive architectural improvements.
- Translate findings from assessments into durable fixes to reduce recurrence of incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on security experience focused on data loss prevention or insider threat programs.
- Deep knowledge of DLP architecture, including endpoint agents and network inspection.
- Experience investigating data exfiltration across various channels.
- Proficiency in Python or a scripting language for detection development and automation.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- A portfolio showcasing policies designed, detections written, and investigations led.
