Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Analyze processes, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and propose streamlined or automated solutions.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement process improvements using VBA, RPA, Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Access.
- Lead solution testing and support User Acceptance Testing before deployment.
Requirements
- Proven experience with RPA using Blue Prism.
- Experience with process mapping, process reengineering, and end-to-end process improvement.
- Ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and effectiveness through automation.
- Strong communication skills and excellent spoken and written English at C1 level.
