Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to complex problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts within the team.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot application issues and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall experience is required.
- At least 8 years of experience in Workday Procurement is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Procurement is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience integrating business process requirements into software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
