Base Salary
$153k - $197k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop internal and external tools for Roblox game developers.
- Define architecture and implement reusable tooling frameworks.
- Set the technical direction and architecture for the future of the application.
- Own complex technical projects from planning through execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across teams and technology platforms.
- Help build a professional application for massively multiplayer game development.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality production code.
- Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as C++, C#, or Lua.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
- Ability to debug complex issues and solve technical problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Candidates must meet the stated U.S. work authorization and sponsorship limitations for this role.
