Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Collaborate with and help manage teams, contributing to team decisions and key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues.
- Mentor junior team members and support their skills development.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM).
- Proficiency in SAP Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) is required.
- Understanding of software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to software development.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and data lifecycle processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
