Base Salary
$261k - $353k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Design and implement durable, robust, scalable, secure, highly available software solutions for critical customer problems.
- Apply AI technologies to customer problems and guide decisions about their value, limitations, and evaluation.
- Partner with Architecture, Product Management, Operations, and other cross-functional groups to design, develop, integrate, test, and release features.
- Contribute to engineering standards, patterns, best practices, technology prototypes, patent proposals, and process improvements.
- Mentor teammates and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 7+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vert.x, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, DialogFlow, and Python.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, SwiftUI, or Kotlin, or back-end technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Prior experience working in a cloud computing environment such as AWS or GCP.
- At least one year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, collaboration, independent decision-making, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experience working effectively with global teams across time zones and in complex, fast-paced technical environments.
