Responsibilities
- Implement MES solutions using the SCADA, ADMS, DNAF, and OMS software suite and own technical deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in architecture, design, functionality, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and project delivery decisions.
- Assess customer needs and recommend workflows, applications, interfaces, reports, testing, and data uploads.
- Support go-live readiness, post-live checkups, and customer satisfaction in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Implement functionality for DMS, DTS, and EMS/DTS, oil and gas, and distribution modeling applications.
- Represent high-quality design and development practices through the Software Center of Excellence.
- Develop customer relationships, explain technical information, and potentially lead a junior team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power Systems or a STEM major plus at least two years of related development or project delivery experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a STEM major.
- Work or academic experience in power systems is desired.
- Strong programming skills in C++, Java, or another related language are desired.
- Knowledge of Perl, PowerShell, SQL, MSSQL, and/or T-SQL scripting is desired.
- Knowledge of electric utility industry practices and customer needs is desired.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs are desired.

- The U.S. pay range is $83,300.00 to $124,900.00, with possible geographic differentials and discretionary annual bonus eligibility.
