Responsibilities

Build and optimize LLM-based solutions for incident reports, root-cause explanations, and remediation suggestions.
Develop RAG, semantic search, context-aware retrieval, and embedding-based solutions for logs, metrics, documentation, and knowledge bases.
Develop NLP models, generative AI solutions, and AI-driven analytics for observability and automation.
Optimize and deploy AI models for real-time performance in distributed cloud-native environments.
Collaborate with platform engineers, product teams, infrastructure teams, and data scientists to integrate AI features and align them with customer needs.
Stay current with AI/ML advancements and provide technical thought leadership.

4–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering focused on generative AI, AI-driven automation, and NLP.
Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages for AI model development and deployment.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
Expertise in embedding-based search, semantic retrieval, and transformer models, including OpenAI or Hugging Face.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, and Docker.
Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking techniques, and text clustering methods.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with observability, ITOps, or monitoring platforms is preferred.
