Base Salary
$150k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and refine Apiphany’s web application and implement high-quality UI components.
- Develop data visualization dashboards that make large engineering data streams intuitive and actionable.
- Optimize frontend performance and apply frontend development best practices.
- Design frontend systems, architecture, component libraries, and scalable design systems.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical discussions, and guide long-term architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with design, backend, and ML engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
- Deep understanding of React internals, rendering performance, and state management patterns such as Redux or Zustand.
- Experience building data visualization dashboards with D3, visx, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven frontend system design, architecture, and optimization experience.
- Experience developing component libraries and design systems using Storybook or similar tools.
- Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, and guiding architectural decisions.
- Passion for UX/UI design, collaboration, ownership, and rapid iteration.
