Base Salary
$175k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations.
- Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of client data architecture.
- Monitor and improve client data health in collaboration with CS and Product teams.
- Provide technical and operational guidance during the sales cycle.
- Support client custom integrations and scope custom product requests.
- Assist Client Services to ensure clients utilize all product features.
- Identify opportunities for tools and automation to scale workflows.
- Provide technical triage and escalation oversight to client stakeholders.
- Promote data fluency across the organization through training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architect role in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience as a business and technical leader for complex data solutions.
- Deep familiarity with data tools like Pandas, Google BigQuery, and BI reporting tools.
- Proactive self-starter capable of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills leveraging technical expertise and business acumen.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies is a plus.
