Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Design, code, test, debug, maintain, and modify software applications and modules.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Analyze system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend performance or availability improvements.
- Support software continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring while adhering to release schedules.
- Prepare code documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, reports, and project status updates.
- Collaborate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, clients, and engineering staff.
- Capture client requirements and feedback and provide timely responses to customer requests.
- Track quality risks, usability, serviceability, delivery status, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Linux tools.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software programs.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, and software development processes.
- Ability to develop automated software validation processes and execute test cases.
- Ability to troubleshoot software issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, and code comments.
- Strong client coordination, communication, reporting, and customer-service skills.
