Responsibilities
- Build, publish, and maintain OpenClaw skills for automation.
- Develop CLI tooling for agent operations including deployment and diagnostics.
- Own end-to-end AI agent harness engineering.

- Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in agent performance.
- Track research developments and prototype integrations.
- Optimize LLM infrastructure for cost and efficiency.
- Harden agent sandboxes against security threats.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate user growth goals into workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years in software/platform engineering with 2+ years in LLM or AI agent systems.
- AI Native mindset with a focus on AI-assisted development.
- Experience in building modular tools or CLI utilities, fluent in TypeScript and/or Python.
- Practical experience with orchestration runtimes like OpenClaw or LangGraph.
- Knowledge of LLM infrastructure including token management and model routing.
- Data science capability for log analysis and translating telemetry into insights.
- Awareness of research in model releases and agent frameworks.
- Ability to ship fast using AI-assisted workflows with strong engineering fundamentals.
