Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, customer-focused features for Reltio’s Core Platform.
- Drive feature design and development while providing technical and execution leadership.
- Work with product managers to build roadmaps with clear goals and KPIs.
- Shape the architecture of the assigned work area and broader product in collaboration with architects.
- Champion engineering excellence through code coverage, coding guidelines, and review processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, documentation teams, and global stakeholders on testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Present designs for new initiatives to a global architecture forum.
- Engage with customers and partners to support adoption and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Engineering or computer science degree.
- Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems.
- 8+ years of experience designing and developing products for enterprise customers.
- 4+ years of experience building large-scale distributed data systems using Java and cloud technologies.
- Experience taking functionality from conception through delivery and working with customers and partners.
- Experience leading projects with a team of engineers and providing technical mentorship.
- Experience building services on AWS, Azure, or GCP and hands-on experience with managed cloud databases.
- Preferred experience with Cassandra, SQS, cloud security principles, Kubernetes, and big data technologies.
- Experience driving customer focus for SaaS products is preferred.
