Responsibilities
- Understand customers' pain points and translate them into implementation and onboarding plans.
- Develop best practices and educational content around error and performance management.
- Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert for customers.
- Provide workshop-level interaction to drive broader adoption of Sentry's tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align product roadmap with customer needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Implementation Consultant, Support Engineer, or Software Developer.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, Python, and Java.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
