Responsibilities
- Develop software applications and scalable Java web services and API solutions.
- Maintain HTTP-based APIs using GraphQL and build RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Design and implement distributed, cloud-native, on-premises, and AWS-based applications.
- Implement containerized applications and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Develop front-end and micro-frontend architectures and responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
- Implement BPM and BPO solutions using Camunda.
- Perform testing, user acceptance testing support, post-installation testing, and implementation activities.
- Create comprehensive application documentation and conduct independent technical and functional analysis.
- Plan and manage projects of moderate scope involving multiple phases and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field and three years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree in one of those fields and one year of relevant experience.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable financial software solutions using Java, Python, and TypeScript.
- Expertise designing, implementing, and deploying Java web applications on premises and in the cloud using AWS and Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Experience integrating APIs and building maintainable, performant microservices using Java, Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience building distributed systems and cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, AWS ECS, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and GitHub.
- Experience designing front-end and micro-frontend architectures using React, Angular, and TypeScript.
- Experience building responsive user interfaces using Bootstrap and AngularJS.
- Experience developing web and middleware applications with RESTful APIs using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Git.
- Experience using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB to build secure and scalable enterprise applications.
- Experience applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies and Test-Driven Development principles.
