Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
- Design data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations.
- Develop customization and extensibility strategies for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into CRM solution designs.
- Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and best-practice standards.
- Support technical decision-making and identify opportunities to optimize the CRM landscape.
- Produce architecture documentation and technical guidance for implementation teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT/CRM experience with strong solution architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customization planning.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data management, and CRM architecture principles.
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills.
