
Salesforce Senior Technical Architect (CTA Aspirants)
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions.
- Design and integrate predictive and generative AI solutions, including Agentforce capabilities, within Salesforce environments.
- Lead technical design sessions, document architectures, identify gaps, and align solutions with business objectives.
- Define coding standards, lead code reviews, and guide delivery of custom code, integrations, and data migrations.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI performance, system performance, and business ROI.
- Debug complex systems, interpret logs, and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in pre-sales discovery, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support customer implementations.
- Maintain target billable utilization and travel to client sites approximately 50–75% of the time.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- 14+ years of overall experience, including a minimum of 8 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Data Cloud, Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Strong systems architecture skills and experience designing scalable, performance-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of design patterns, large data volume limitations, data distribution, data skew risks, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, and SSL security and authentication patterns.
- Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with business systems such as ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, and reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-state and future-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background designing and developing large web-based systems or experience across the complete software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications upon hire.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, and relevant AI/ML, AI Specialist, or Cloud Architect certifications.
