Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and support the business-critical Verification platform.
- Lead the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
- Own technical solutions and their hands-on delivery from development through production.
- Apply governance to solution design and establish standards for code quality and delivery.
- Act as a point of escalation for the development team during and outside office hours.
- Lead a small team of developers through solution design and development.
- Estimate work, produce solution documents, and support accurate delivery planning.
- Mentor and coach team members while distributing technical knowledge.
- Understand and manage the technical structure, domain, and architecture of the team’s systems.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business needs.
Requirements
- Experience developing high-availability, multi-browser-compatible software.
- Experience with high-availability, multi-user, and service-based systems.
- Knowledge of Kafka, SQL, .Net, Golang, and TypeScript; similar or alternative technologies are also considered.
- Experience leading development teams and delivering technical projects successfully.
- Ability to mentor and coach staff with patience.
- Strong problem-solving, technical documentation, attention-to-detail, and quality-focused skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
