Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical architecture for Agentic AI and Martech platforms.
- Lead development of AI-powered copilots, intelligent automation solutions, and agent-based workflows.
- Provide technical leadership for Adobe Experience Platform, customer data platforms, and customer journey orchestration.
- Architect audience management, identity resolution, personalization, and real-time decisioning solutions.
- Establish engineering standards, governance, observability, and best practices for AI and platform solutions.
- Drive platform scalability, resiliency, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
- Lead deployment automation, monitoring, operational excellence, and CI/CD strategy.
- Conduct architecture and technical design reviews and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor engineers and technical leads while promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise platforms and technical initiatives.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud-native applications, distributed systems, and enterprise integrations.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered copilots, intelligent assistants, and agent-based solutions.
- Knowledge of large language models, including Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge sources and vector search technologies.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, contextual grounding, tool/function calling, agent orchestration, and AI workflow design.
- Experience implementing AI observability, evaluation, monitoring, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of AI security, privacy, guardrails, human-in-the-loop controls, and model evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or related Adobe technologies is preferred.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, observability, reliability engineering, and production support.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Proven ability to influence architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Comcast may consider coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience.
