Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and extend Salesforce for new features and enhancements.
- Partner with business teams to capture requirements and document user stories.
- Implement and maintain integrations with external applications.
- Develop and modify Salesforce objects, page layouts, workflows, and reports.
- Support recruiters in managing candidate applications and optimizing workflows.
- Enable communications teams to run targeted campaigns and manage events.
- Provide training and documentation to users for high adoption.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to refine solutions.
- Champion a culture of agile development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; other certifications preferred.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Hands-on experience with custom objects, Lightning App Builder, and Apex.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Outlook and other tools.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement is a plus.
- Strong ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
