Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain systems for trade flow processing and life cycle management.
- Automate and simplify business processes in collaboration with the Middle Office team.
- Modernize and scale the position keeping platform through technology upgrades.
- Work with teams in New York and Warsaw on low latency systems and data models.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in C# .Net and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with messaging architectures and transaction processing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of financial services, including Fixed Income, Credit, FX, and Equities.
- Expertise in the software development life cycle (Agile).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
