Base Salary
$145k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own customer delivery from discovery and technical scoping through agent design, implementation, rollout support, and customer-team enablement.
- Design and implement production agentic workflows integrating Reltio’s Agent Flow platform with core systems and event sources.
- Build robust components with observability, error handling, fallback strategies, cost governance, and security controls.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, monitoring, tracing, logging, regression tests, evaluation datasets, and safety guardrails.
- Create reusable templates, connectors, reference implementations, agent skills, integrations, accelerators, tooling, and documentation.
- Synthesize customer and competitive insights into prioritized product roadmap and platform strategy feedback.
- Advise enterprise technical and business leaders on data strategy, automation, governance, MDM, entity resolution, and workflow optimization.
- Partner with Product to define and validate requirements, acceptance criteria, and success outcomes for Agent Flow and related products.
Requirements
- 6+ years building and shipping production technology in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, consulting, or applied engineering.
- Strong programming and system design skills using Python and/or TypeScript or Java, including APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Experience deploying and operationalizing LLM or agentic systems, including prompting, orchestration, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Experience with telemetry, observability, logging, and production monitoring frameworks.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, bias evaluation, enterprise data governance, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, containerization, and distributed services.
- Deep understanding of data management, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, business rules, and real-time processing.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM and ERP integrations, and data signals that trigger automated actions.
- Excellent communication, co-creation, consensus-building, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Ability to deliver measurable outcomes in ambiguous, fast-changing enterprise engagements with senior customer leadership.
- Ability to travel to customer sites periodically, estimated at 20–30%.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; enterprise AI adoption or generative AI implementation experience; and business development, governance, or industry compliance experience.
