Responsibilities
- Conduct feasibility studies, estimates, IT planning, risk analysis, application development, model development, and implementation of new or revised systems.
- Analyze, design, construct, test, implement, monitor, and support applications for business users.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS procure-to-pay and financial applications, integrations, reports, workflows, and related components.
- Analyze complex application and business-process issues, recommend programming solutions, and consult with users, clients, and technology groups.
- Develop post-implementation security measures and ensure adherence to operating procedures, standards, controls, and applicable regulations.
- Install and support customer-facing systems and assist with operational issues.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level analysts.
- Use AI-assisted and automated development tools with professional judgment to improve code quality, delivery velocity, reliability, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with systems analysis and programming of software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, including Oracle Payments, iSupplier, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.
- Strong experience with AOL, PL/SQL, PL/SQL JSON, Shell Scripting, and RICE components.
- Strong experience with XML and XML/BI Publisher.
- Strong experience with Oracle Workflows, AOL, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework, SOAP, and RESTful web services.
- Working knowledge of consulting and project management techniques and methods.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, operate with limited supervision, assess risk, and advise senior stakeholders.
