AI Solution Engineer

- Evaluate third-party connectors, MCPs, and plugins for functionality, data-flow behavior, and security risk, then provide recommendations for the product roadmap.
- Configure and tune platform settings, controls, and restrictions across Claude, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build and implement custom MCPs and integrations.
- Build complex agents using multi-agent orchestration in Copilot Studio and Gemini.
- Provide platform-level troubleshooting and how-to support and coordinate with solution and forward-deployed teams.
- Work autonomously with engineering teams and bridge low-code or agentic work with pro-code development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including hands-on LLM-based or AI assistant platform work within the last two years.
- Deep hands-on expertise with one or more of Claude, Google Gemini, and Copilot or Copilot Studio.
- Deep knowledge of platform configuration and settings.
- Experience implementing custom MCPs and integrations and assessing connectors or plugins for functionality and security risk.
- Hands-on multi-agent orchestration experience with Copilot Studio or Gemini.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including Git, testing, and CI/CD.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, collaboration, and autonomous-working skills.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant vendor certifications, enterprise or pharmaceutical platform experience, consulting experience, and Life Sciences industry connections.
