Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and implement software programs across stacks and technologies, focusing on front-end.
- Ship new features from concept to production.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to create beautiful products.
- Build fast, reusable components and libraries to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure cross-browser performance and accessibility.
Requirements
- Proficiency in React, Typescript, and similar technologies.
- Doesn’t write code by hand, defaults to Claude Code, Codex, or your harness of choice.
- Self-motivated and willing to push comfort zones to enhance user experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-QA before team handoff.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Actionable taste for interaction details like motion, typography, and affordance.
Benefits
