Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance Product Master Data application functionality in SAP ABAP.
- Build and maintain web-based applications using BSP technology.
- Design and implement REST and SOAP web-service interfaces.
- Create and maintain custom reports, scripts, and automation solutions in SAP environments.
- Support Product Master Data database structures and master data processing logic.
- Contribute to master data validation and data quality improvements.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
- Collaborate with Product Master Data experts, business stakeholders, and product organizations.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities.
- Share knowledge and sustain long-term Product Master Data expertise within the team.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP ABAP development.
- Hands-on experience with BSP (Business Server Pages).
- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of web-based development in ABAP.
- Understanding of master data processes and enterprise application landscapes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver robust technical implementations.
- Experience with reports, interfaces, scripts, and automation in SAP environments.
- Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Product Master Data or similar platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of product data governance and quality assurance processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Basis or technical SAP architecture is preferred.
