Responsibilities
- Design and develop core uFlow application modules using Java, Spring Boot, Camunda or Fluxnova, and Oracle DB.
- Gather requirements through client and stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Break down complex tasks and provide effort estimates.
- Identify and resolve bugs, write unit tests, and perform code reviews.
- Support technical infrastructure, continuous integration, and automated deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior team members and stay current with backend development technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience in Java.
- Strong understanding of Java core concepts, multithreading, and software design patterns.
- Experience with Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with Maven or Gradle.
- Experience with JIRA, Git, Stash or Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Practical experience with relational databases, particularly Oracle DB, and basic-to-intermediate SQL knowledge.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Camunda or Fluxnova, GCP, advanced SQL optimization, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Helm, technical leadership, or mentoring junior engineers.
