Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and deploy custom scoped ServiceNow applications using the ServiceNow SDK, ServiceNow Fluent, and local IDEs.
- Configure and support incident, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, service-level management, workflow, email notification, ITSM, and CSM capabilities.
- Work with Flow Designer, ACLs, server-side and client-side APIs, ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets, system clones, and upgrades.
- Implement and support integrations, orchestration, MID Server configuration, CMDB, discovery, asset management, and REST API-based solutions.
- Use Now Assist for Creator or similar generative AI developer tools to improve code generation, development efficiency, and workflow automation.
- Debug and troubleshoot ServiceNow issues, coordinate technical and data-transformation problem resolution, and meet delivery deadlines.
- Analyze business requirements and propose sustainable ServiceNow solutions and application configurations.
- Develop and execute reports, communicate technical and functional issues to senior stakeholders, and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK, including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deployment of scoped applications from a local IDE such as VS Code.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow Fluent, server-side JavaScript modules, third-party libraries, and ServiceNow platform APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, workflows, Flow Designer, ACLs, ATF, integrations, orchestration, CMDB, discovery, and asset management.
- Experience with Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript, and web-based development tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team while managing multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
- Advanced conversational English and Spanish are essential and will be evaluated.
- Foreign nationals residing in Mexico must have valid INE, CURP, NSS, and RFC documentation.
