Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and configure Actimize products and recording solutions.
- Plan and perform unit, functionality, and systems testing for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and R&D to resolve technical questions.
- Provide technical expertise across the entire NiCE product suite.
- Communicate and reconcile design flaws and suggest enhancements.
- Manage time effectively and maintain communication with customers and management.
- Document lessons learned and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 8-11 years of experience in enterprise software development and/or product implementation.
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in financial/banking solutions domain.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL, SQL, and relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with Unix commands and shell scripting.
- Strong client-facing skills for managing technical discussions.
