Responsibilities
- Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using the Tulip No-Code platform.
- Work with customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions.
- Provide ongoing customer technical support and maintain customer relationships.
- Lead internal process building, improvement, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience; project management and manufacturing or process engineering experience is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST API.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.
- Experience in a startup environment or willingness to work in one.
- Strong academic record and commitment to continuous improvement.
