Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute enterprise-level customer projects using the Tulip No-Code platform.
  • Work with customers and partners to develop and implement Tulip solutions.
  • Provide ongoing customer technical support and maintain customer relationships.
  • Lead internal process building, improvement, and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams by sharing insights and feedback from customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience; project management and manufacturing or process engineering experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic coding skills and familiarity with SQL and REST API.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup environment or willingness to work in one.
  • Strong academic record and commitment to continuous improvement.
