Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven QA automation frameworks for mission-critical Rates pricing systems.
- Manage end-to-end manual and automated testing across complex interconnected applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and application teams to define and deliver testing requirements.
- Build reusable automation frameworks, libraries, components, and scalable AI-assisted testing skills.
- Champion AI-driven testing practices and adoption across QA, development, and project teams.
- Maintain QA GitHub repositories, optimize existing code, participate in pull request reviews, and suggest improvements.
- Remediate vulnerabilities in the codebase and ensure solutions are maintainable, robust, reusable, and secure.
- Evaluate and demonstrate emerging tools and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead automation quality improvements across teams.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of manual and automation testing experience.
- At least 5 years of Python development experience.
- Experience configuring GitHub Actions and Jenkins pipelines.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira and qTest.
- Proficiency in API testing, database testing, and web automation framework development for REST API-driven applications.
- Strong SQL and database query experience.
- Experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and TestNG.
- Hands-on experience building reusable AI skills for development and testing efficiency.
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools including VS Copilot, Windsurf, and Devin.
- Expertise in prompt engineering, context optimization, and token usage techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive automation excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Capital markets experience is preferred.
- Experience with Robot Framework, Postman, Appium, Cucumber, Selenium, TestNG, Kubernetes, cluster management, microservices, distributed architecture, and Azure DevOps is preferred.
