Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot software issues and incidents across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems.
- Independently perform as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Align Generative and Agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while considering scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services is required.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues is required.
- Strong grasp of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
