Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Provide application support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving software-related issues.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to performance tuning and continuous system improvement.
- Assist with developing and implementing support processes to improve service delivery.
- Work independently toward subject matter expertise and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability, responsible use, and measurable value.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Development Services is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services is required.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning is required.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues is required.
- Strong understanding of generative and agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
