Responsibilities
- Understand product construction and create assembly workflows.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand products and automate product drawings for general arrangement drawings.
- Write code for product drawing automation and integrate the automation into proprietary applications.
- Test products within applications, troubleshoot deployment issues, and contribute to product quality testing.
- Collaborate with teams during deployment of product drawings to production.
- Develop assembly workflow documentation and coordinate with team members and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience with Autodesk products or NX CAD.
- Experience with VB.Net, C, C++, or Python.
- Knowledge of Inventor iLogic.
- Experience with PLM software, preferably Teamcenter.
- Experience with ERP software, with SAP or Oracle preferred.
- A degree in Mechanical, Automobile, Aeronautical, or Production Engineering is preferred.
- Basic understanding of engineering standards and experience creating models and assemblies are preferred.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, Power Platforms, best practices, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
