Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Act as a consultative partner to customers to uncover business objectives and operational challenges.
- Design solutions leveraging Cresta’s real-time AI capabilities, including virtual agents and conversation intelligence.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer systems and infrastructure.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Cresta configurations.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Cresta’s AI capabilities.
- Own the technical design and delivery of proof-of-value engagements.
- Run ROI workshops and build business case models connecting Cresta’s capabilities to customer impact.
- Provide insights based on experience with AI technologies and customer success strategies.
- Serve as a technical liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Stay current on emerging technologies in AI and contact center solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including 1–3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
- Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and telephony architecture.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially large and small language models.
- Experience with real-time systems, CRM tools, and SaaS solution architecture.
- Ability to design and communicate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
- Consultative mindset with a proven track record of leading strategic conversations.
- Fast learner and self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments.
