Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
- Lead customers on their transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
- Implement technical strategies in alignment with account goals.
- Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
- Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
- Provide structured mentorship for other team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience with large global accounts generating over $1 million ARR.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives and influencers.
- Ability to present compelling points-of-view to decision-makers.
- Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in data-driven business transformation.
- Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
- Databricks Certification is a plus.
