Responsibilities

Author, review, and communicate solution architectures and specifications with development and engineering teams.
Champion Propellerhead’s technical strategy and align client solution design and implementation with that vision.
Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and explain solution designs to client technologists.
Serve as the primary technical contact for client solutions, including delivery prerequisites and operational improvements.
Develop strategies supporting speed-to-value, security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and functional fit.
Facilitate the evolution of the codebase from C# to Rust and guide the associated tools, practices, and services.
Use AI to rapidly prototype ideas and direct an AI-assisted pipeline across requirements, testing, and code generation.

At least 8 years of experience developing multi-tier and distributed applications.
Extensive experience leading the design of complex software applications, preferably enterprise solutions combining existing services and custom development.
Essential experience with both React user interfaces and C# services, plus confidence working with TypeScript, Java, Go, and Rust services.
Hands-on experience designing solutions on Azure, participating in CI/CD pipeline development, and instrumenting systems for operations.
Strong ability to communicate technical solutions to senior client stakeholders and bridge technical decisions with business needs.
Comfort using AI to prototype, shape solutions, and direct AI-assisted delivery across requirements, testing, and code generation.
Experience with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka or NATS is highly desirable.
Experience or demonstrable interest in digital identity, verifiable credentials, open banking, AI agent authorization, or edge/device-based software deployment.
