Responsibilities
- Author, review, and communicate solution architecture and specifications with development and engineering teams.
- Champion Propellerhead’s technical strategy and align portfolio solutions with its technical vision.
- Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers and explain solution designs to client technologists.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client solutions, including delivery prerequisites and operational improvements.
- Develop strategies for speed-to-value, security, reliability, maintainability, performance, and functional fit.
- Facilitate the evolution of the codebase from C# to Rust and guide AI-assisted requirements, testing, and code generation.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience developing multi-tier and distributed applications.
- Strong experience using AI to prototype solutions and direct AI-assisted delivery across requirements, testing, and code generation.
- Confident communication and presentation skills with senior client stakeholders.
- Essential experience with React and C#, plus confidence working with TypeScript, Java, Go, and Rust.
- Hands-on experience designing solutions on Azure, building CI/CD pipelines, and instrumenting systems for operations.
- Experience with streaming and messaging platforms such as Kafka or NATS is highly desirable.
- Proven experience leading the design of complex software applications, preferably enterprise solutions combining existing services and custom development.
- Experience or demonstrable interest in digital identity, verifiable credentials, open banking, AI agent authorization, or edge and device-based software deployment.
- Candidates progressing may need to complete police background checks, credit history checks, other assessments, and qualification verification.
