Responsibilities
- Design and develop reliable, scalable, secure full stack applications.
- Contribute to cloud-native solution design using AWS, Azure, or equivalent platforms.
- Improve DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams on technical strategy.
- Facilitate technical decisions and align trade-offs with business objectives.
- Promote clean code, performance, maintainability, quality, security, test coverage, and compliance.
- Mentor peers and foster continuous learning, teamwork, and technical curiosity.
- Experiment with emerging technologies to improve system performance and developer experience.
Requirements
- Hands-on full stack development experience with React or Angular and backend technologies such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Strong familiarity with AWS, Azure, or equivalent cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration and delivery principles.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server and NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB or DocumentDB.
- Familiarity with database performance optimization, replication, and backup strategies.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog for monitoring and observability.
- Awareness of artificial intelligence concepts and AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaborative leadership, and teamwork skills.
