Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and enhance custom software applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Lead technical initiatives and act as a subject-matter expert for the team.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions to complex problems across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to custom software development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives.
- Oversee implementation of best practices and adherence to project standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in custom software development.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- JavaScript experience is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
