Responsibilities
- Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers through thorough pull request reviews.
- Act as a trusted technical decision-maker in team settings.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in backend or data engineering development.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database querying languages on large multi-table datasets.
- 3+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
- Experience acting as a technical decision-maker solving for business value.
