Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, manage, baseline, and release stakeholder and system requirements.
- Define and maintain functional, logical, and technical architectures for complex automotive embedded systems and system-of-systems.
- Specify system interfaces and interaction models across software, hardware, communication networks, cloud services, mobile applications, and vehicle systems.
- Lead architectural trade-offs involving performance, safety, security, cost, maintainability, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate system engineering activities across multiple disciplines and provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring.
- Define system-level verification approaches, testability criteria, traceability, and validation strategies.
- Own relevant ASPICE SYS.1, SYS.2, and SYS.3 lifecycle work products and support audits, assessments, and process improvement.
- Lead customer technical discussions, requirement clarification, architecture reviews, debugging sessions, and technical alignment meetings.
- Support effort estimation, risk assessment, change request evaluation, and presentation of technical solutions to customers and management.
