Responsibilities
- Enable enterprise generative AI and machine learning services on coding-assistant platforms.
- Develop AIOps/MLOps capabilities and pipelines for managing training and production models.
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and webhooks using Python for cloud orchestration and enterprise integrations.
- Configure and manage Azure cloud infrastructure, generative AI SaaS tools, Terraform templates, and Azure Resource Manager templates.
- Build and continuously improve self-service automation frameworks for AI and ML services.
- Secure cloud data, training models, certificates, and platform services using Azure security controls and internal compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot DNS, Azure connectivity, network security groups, routing, and cloud automation issues.
- Enable agentic workloads across Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GitHub Copilot.
- Support AI service request fulfillment and operations within DevOps engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an AI/ML platform engineer.
- At least 3 years of experience developing Azure platform orchestration code with Python SDK, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
- At least 2 years of experience with context engineering.
- Experience managing generative AI coding-assistant tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and OpenAI Codex.
- Strong experience delivering cloud infrastructure as code through CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience managing agentic platforms and tools.
- Understanding of generative AI models, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and AI ecosystem tooling for evaluation, monitoring, governance, security, and vector databases.
- Knowledge of AI/ML cloud solutions in financial services, including security and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of Azure security features, public key infrastructure, certificates, authentication, and role-based access control.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, research, problem-solving, independent-working, and collaboration skills.
