Responsibilities
- Lead testing efforts across PLUS+1 GUIDE and PLUS+1 Service Tool, including desktop, diagnostics, and mobile workflows.
- Define and implement strategic test plans for functionality, safety, and quality.
- Develop and improve automated test frameworks using TestComplete and Selenium.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote testing best practices.
- Collaborate globally to maintain CI/CD pipelines for tool releases and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or computer science.
- At least 5 years of software test engineering experience with automation.
- Advanced scripting experience with JavaScript, Java, Python, or C# and strong object-oriented programming knowledge.
- Deep experience with TestComplete and Selenium desktop or web automation.
- Experience testing Windows-based desktop GUI and engineering diagnostic tools.
- Ability to design robust test strategies for complex, safety-critical applications.
- Preferred experience with Postman or Rest Assured API testing, mobile testing, control or diagnostics environments, and hydraulics.
- Excellent English communication and global team collaboration experience.
