Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery for large-scale implementation projects, including planning, installation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Coordinate end-to-end resolution of technical issues and provide updates, recommendations, and status reports.
  • Work directly with customers on upgrades, installations, architecture discussions, and technical decisions, including pre-sales presentations when required.
  • Support customer testing phases including Airline Acceptance Testing, User Acceptance Testing, System Integration Testing, and Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Operations, and Customer Service teams across the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Experience with airport management systems including Airport Operational Database (AODB), Flight Resource Management System (FRMS), Flight Information Display System (FIDS), and Financial Management (PropWorks).
  • Experience configuring airport management systems and designing interfaces.
  • Practical experience working across requirements analysis, testing, and deployment within a software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently on technical topics and collaborate with cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
  • Clear and professional communication skills with technical specialists and C-level executives.
  • Structured and proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to contribute to solution design.
