Base Salary
$207k - $311k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide technical presales support to MSP sellers and partners.
- Develop proposals and size solutions using partner data.
- Organize and manage partner proof-of-concepts and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with specialists and internal teams to develop comprehensive technical strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships across partner networks.
- Achieve performance metrics and contribute to over-quota results in managed services offerings.
- Identify resource needs based on workload and performance.
- Experiment with new technologies and processes to support innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive field pre-sales and post-sales alignment with partners alongside the Regional SE Manager.
- Learn new technologies and help partners adapt and integrate solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in relevant technology disciplines to establish credibility with technical leaders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of presales experience in the service provider or systems integrator space.
- At least 10 years of customer-facing and/or technical experience.
- Strong networking and virtualization skills.
- Experience with AWS and Azure public cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of storage technologies and multi-tenancy architectures.
- Familiarity with automation, scripting, and application blueprinting technologies such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Understanding of cloud-native technologies and security practices.
- Confident public speaking and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Benefits
- Primarily remote work with no specific in-office requirement, subject to occasional office visits and business travel.
- Approximately 50% travel is expected.
- Base compensation may include a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, discretionary awards, medical and financial benefits, 401(k) eligibility, and paid vacation, sick time, and parental leave.
