Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain components across software systems and applications.
- Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation processes.
- Integrate robotic process automation solutions with enterprise systems.
- Act as a subject-matter expert, collaborate across teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team performance, lead process improvements, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Strong work experience with Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing automation workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation-process issues and integrate solutions with enterprise systems.
- Competence in scripting and programming languages relevant to automation development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
