Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable architectures for autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration systems, and cognitive workflows.
- Architect cloud-native AI pipelines and integrations across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Define patterns for LLM orchestration, semantic memory, state management, enterprise search, APIs, RPA tools, and real-time data streams.
- Build proof-of-concepts and minimum viable products to validate agentic AI architectures and workflows.
- Establish coding standards, conduct deep code reviews, and evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and foundation models.
- Translate business needs into agentic workflows and technical requirements while advising executives and engineering teams.
- Design AI guardrails and governance practices addressing privacy, hallucination mitigation, security, compliance, risk, and ethical deployment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience architecting cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- At least 2 years of direct experience with large language models and complex AI applications such as RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and tool-calling systems.
- Hands-on proficiency with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
- Production-grade programming ability in Python, TypeScript, or Java, plus experience with AI CI/CD pipelines and LLMOps.
- Experience with vector databases and enterprise search engines such as Azure AI Search, Amazon OpenSearch, or Vertex AI Search.
- Ability to explain machine learning and architecture concepts to non-technical business leaders and balance innovation with stable, cost-effective enterprise software.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure AI Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, and Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
