Responsibilities
- Translate complex business problems and financial rules into technical specifications and scalable architectures using Spec Driven Development.
- Build integrations for multi-agent architectures using the Model Context Protocol and enforce security for critical rules.
- Develop end-to-end solutions, including gateways, adapters, and management portals for partners.
- Optimize product costs through context engineering and reduced LLM token consumption.
- Create load and security tests to support operational stability and transaction auditing.
Requirements
- Fluency in full-stack development with C#/.NET for APIs and ReactJS for frontend development.
- Practical software engineering experience with requirements management and microservices architectures.
- Experience translating complex financial business rules into scalable technical designs for banks and fintechs.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems through webhooks and MCP, plus modeling distributed and scalable databases.
- Experience applying generative AI tools such as RAG and Function Calling to automate intelligent workflows.
- Strong decision-making and strategic facilitation skills, including the ability to define architecture while managing calculated risks.
